Alexia Keskerides
PROGRAMS COORDINATOR
Alexia (she/her) lives on the unceded and sacred land of the Wurundjeri Willum people, having been raised on Bunurong country and returned south from some formative years living on the land of the Widjabul-Wyabul people of the Bundjalung Nation. Alexia’s Greek heritage and the migration experiences of her ancestors remain with her throughout her life.
Across various roles, Alexia has brought trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and mental health aware practices to her work with individuals, groups and communities. She has continuously experienced and observed the ability of people and communities to integrate complex experiences and flourish when in safe relationship and connection.
Yoga, movement, meditation and mindfulness practices have supported Alexia to live from a more embodied, connected and joyful place and Alexia is passionate about dismantling barriers to access to these profound practices. For Alexia, Collective Being is a creative and beautiful coming together of her passions where all possibilities emerge.
