For Adults
At Collective Being, our programs are body-based, trauma-informed, community-centred — and designed to build resilience, recovery and connection.
For those experiencing chronic stress and/or trauma, we deliver our Therapeutic Movement & Mindfulness program through service providers. We also offer it directly to the public as an accessible community offering.
Our Foundational Somatics course is open to all, with no prerequisite knowledge.
In recognition of the foundational roles of practitioner and carer self-awareness, somatic skills, and self-regulation, our Embodied Care online and in-person classes are free, funded by the Bupa Foundation.
