Our Trainings
Our Workshops and Trainings are designed for organisations and individuals seeking to up-skill in applied somatic approches to wellbeing, including managing stress and working with trauma through the body.
Over the past three years, our team has trained 240 professionals in trauma-informed and applied somatic approaches to wellbeing. We specialise in trainings that are:

Our new training - Applied Somatics for Practitioners, will be launching in February 2025.
