Train with Us
Collective Being trainings are expertly created, drawing on best-practice frameworks, evidence-based science, and seven years of service delivery.
We train practitioners in trauma-informed practice and applied somatics so they can safely integrate body-based approaches into aligned areas of work and life, including therapeutic settings, educational and learning settings, case management, peer work, and frontline contexts.
What makes our trainings unique is our emphasis on practitioner care. We recognise that practitioner wellbeing is essential to effective client and community care, so each training prioritises nervous system regulation and resilience for those in caregiving roles.
Our Trainings
Trauma-Informed Practice
Understand the diverse roots and expressions of trauma — and train in our body-based approach to creating safe(r), trauma-informed spaces.
Applied Somatics
Learn somatic practices and techniques that you can integrate into your work with people and communities, supporting recovery, resilience and and connection.
Tailored Workshops
Further your knowledge of trauma-informed and somatic approaches to wellbeing with tailored workshops and trainings for your workplace or community.
Practitioner and Carer Wellbeing
In recognition of the foundational roles of practitioner and carer self-awareness, somatic skills, and self-regulation, we also offer our free Embodied Care classes; monthly support for the stress release and wellbeing of allied health professionals and carers. Funded by the Bupa Foundation, these classes are available in-person (Carlton, Victoria) and online throughout 2025.
