This Mental Health Week, our team is facilitating three special events in partnership with City of Melbourne Library Services. Come together, connect and practice meditation in a welcoming and warm environment with the opportunity for reflection and sharing.
Each event will include a grounding practice, poetry reading, guided meditation and discussion.
All sessions are free and welcoming of all. No experience necessary. The program will be delivered online, and bookings are essential:
