This online program introduces participants to foundational embodiment skills, tools and resources that foster holistic wellbeing. Grounded in somatic and mindfulness theory, evidence-informed embodiment practices and an awareness of the intersections between health, wellbeing and agency, this program has no prerequisite knowledge and is open to all.

Our Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY) Program supports those who have survived trauma and are seeking yoga practices as an adjunctive to clinical or therapeutic treatment. Our TSY program is delivered in-person by facilitators who are trained in the empirically-validated Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) method.

In partnership with the Immigration Museum, Collective Being will be holding two free Meditative Sound Bath evenings in October.
Finish your work day with a restorative and immersive sound bath, led by Collective Being facilitators Tea (she/her) and Isy (she/they).

Mindful Mornings at the Immigration Museum
In partnership with the Immigration Museum, Collective Being will be delivering free guided morning meditations throughout October.
Each Wednesday morning in October, the Collective Being facilitators will ease you into your day with a 45 minute guided practice, incorporating meditation, supportive breath practices, and gentle invitational movement.
