Meditative Sound Bath at the Immigration Museum

In partnership with the Immigration Museum, Collective Being will be holding two Meditative Sound Bath evenings in May.

Finish your work day with a restorative and immersive sound bath, led by Collective Being facilitators Tea (she/her) and Isy (she/they).

These deep listening sessions are designed to soothe your nervous system at the end of your day. Bring what you need to settle in, unwind and restore.

When: Wednesday 10th May and Wednesday 17th May

Time: 5.30pm - 6.30pm

Where: Immigration Museum Melbourne

Tickets: $15 standard, $10 concession, and free for members of the museum

Each session is trauma informed and mental health aware, designed to encourage connection toward yourself, to those around you, and to the more-than-human world.

In support of an easeful experience, you may wish to wear warm, comfortable clothing. Please bring along a mat or a cushion. Some chairs will be available.

To book your spot, head to the booking page via the Immigration Museum website.
