About this training
Collective Being’s Trauma-Informed Foundations training is designed to increase safety, accessibility and belonging in yoga, meditation, and movement spaces. Drawing on five years of facilitation experience with thousands of participants across complex, community, and mainstream settings, this workshop series shares practical, applied and body-centred strategies for embodying trauma-informed practice as a facilitator.
Our unique approach to trauma-informed practice is body-centred, inclusive, and gender and culture aware. Our aim is that everyone in our community feels safe enough to access and participate in movement and meditation spaces, and that facilitators feel confident in applied trauma-informed practice.
