Free Monthly Drop In Class (online)

We would like to invite you to join our team for a free movement and mindfulness practice. This regular, drop-in class has been designed to support stress release and nervous system regulation.

Classes are welcoming of all - no prior movement or meditation experience is necessary.

All practices facilitated by Collective Being are trauma-informed, accessible and mental health aware.

  • After signing on via Zoom, participants will be invited to share in gentle somatic movement practices which are designed to release muscular tension, increase blood flow, and encourage relaxation.

    You will be offered options to explore different tools and strategies for focusing, connecting with your breath, and/or tuning into the experience of your body.

    Our facilitators will always encourage you to engage in our sessions in a way that feels appropriate and supportive for you. This may mean that you try everything we offer, only try some things, or explore your own variations instead.

    Monthly drop-in practices are trauma-informed and mental health aware.

    All movement can be done wherever you are most comfortable, in whatever clothing you wish.

    No mat or props required.

  • Sessions are free of charge.

    Registration is required.

  • The sessions will be facilitated online via Zoom. We will email you the link and password to the meeting with your registration confirmation.  

    When you arrive at the session, there will be a microphone and camera button in the bottom left corner of your screen. You are welcome to click on these to either mute/unmute yourself or to turn your camera on or off, it’s entirely up to you. We will however need to mute the microphones while the sessions are in process to ensure the best sound quality.  

  • All movement can be done wherever you are most comfortable, in whatever clothing you wish.

  • No mat or props required.

    You may like to have some water and any other items that resource you nearby.  

  • There will be two facilitators assigned to each session. The facilitator who is not guiding the practice will assist with any technological challenges and is available for check-ins through the session.
