Mindful Mornings at the Immigration Museum

In partnership with the Immigration Museum, Collective Being will be delivering free guided morning meditations throughout October.

Each Wednesday morning in October, the Collective Being facilitators will ease you into your day with a 45 minute guided practice, incorporating meditation, supportive breath practices, and gentle invitational movement.

Weekly sessions run from 8.00am - 8.45am, with different facilitators each week:

Wednesday 5th Oct - Jem (they/he) &  Mykah (she/they)

Wednesday 12th Oct - Aminata (she/they) & Shannon (she/they)

Wednesday 19th Oct - Sammy (he/him) &  Anu (they/them)

Wednesday 26th Oct - Ana (she/her) & Kayla (she/her)

Each session is trauma informed and mental health aware, designed to ready you for the day, and encourage connection with yourself, those around you, and the more-than-human world.

In support of an easeful experience, you may wish to wear warm, comfortable clothing. Please bring along a mat or a cushion. Some chairs will be available.

These sessions are open to all, no prior experience is necessary.

To book your free spot, head to the booking page via the Immigration Museum website.
